We maintain infection control of the highest standard, which requires the use of many single use and disposable instruments. While our fees may be higher than some practices, they compare favourably with other high quality practices in Melbourne.
Our professional relationship is with you, our patient. We do not have a direct relationship with any health fund although, where possible, we are happy to process claims through the Hi Caps system. Please note that each fund has a different rebate structure. Queries regarding rebates should be taken up directly with your health fund.
We ensure time is available each day to help people in genuine urgent need. Please realise that you may not see your regular dentist for this appointment because our staff are trained to provide you with the first available appointment. For urgent treatment you may not see your regular dentist, you can contact: Dr Moffatt on 0418 817 505 and Dr Wright on 0417 177 442.
As appointments are individually scheduled, we require at least 24 hours notice if you need to change your appointment. This allows us to contact and schedule patients waiting for appointments. A fee may be charged if a confirmed appointment is not kept.
It is customary to pay for professional services on the day they are rendered. If treatment plans are extensive, a payment plan can be arranged. We accept all major credit cards, cheques and cash.
