Dr Ryoma Inazato

Dr. Inazato graduated with a Doctor of Dental Surgery with distinctions from The University of Melbourne. During his time as a student, he was awarded the Australian Dental Association Prize and placed on the Dean’s Honours list.

To further his academic interests, he has also obtained a Bachelor of Science, Doctor of Physiotherapy, and Master of Public Health with distinctions, being awarded the Chancellor’s Commendation, Golden Key International Honours, and the ACEN scholarship.

Following his education, he has worked across Victoria, in both public and private sectors, and developed a strong clinical interest in oral surgery. As such, Ryoma began working as a resident in the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgical Unit at the Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne. There he honed his oral surgery skills under the guidance of oral and maxillofacial surgeons and is continuing his studies and training to enable him to become an Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon himself.

Dr. Inazato places a strong emphasis on comfort and communication, as he views these as key aspects to quality patient-focused care. As such, he takes time to explain all procedures and treatment options to help tailor treatment to each patient.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Inazato enjoys staying active by running and playing tennis, as well as spending time with his family and friends.
